Multimedia App Proposal for KCPR & Cal Poly Newspaper

As part of my Quality Management class, our final project was to choose to rebrand, improve upon, or add an asset to a business existing business or organization. My group chose to work with the student radio and media group. We used Lean Management and Six Sigma principles to collect data and brainstorm ideas for our app that we created. Through surveys, design sprints, and feedback sessions we created an app prototype on Figma. We presented to the advisor of KCPR and are currently in the process of researching the best way to bring our idea to life.
